Your first visit begins with a warm welcome and a brief consultation to understand your needs, preferences, and any areas of concern. Whether you're here for a massage or a facial, we tailor each treatment to you — ensuring you're comfortable, cared for, and get the most out of your session.
2. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and the best possible experience. You can book online or give us a call — we’re happy to help you find a time that works. For weekend, evening or couples appointments we recommend booking 6 weeks in advance.
3. What should I wear for my massage?
Wear whatever feels comfortable! For massage, you’ll be properly draped at all times for your privacy and comfort. Our therapists will walk you through the process to help you feel completely at ease.
4. Are your services covered by insurance and Do you offer direct billing?
Yes! Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) provide receipts for massage treatments that can be submitted to your insurance provider. Be sure to check with your provider for the specific details of your plan. We do NOT offer direcgt billing.
5. I have sensitive skin — are your facial products suitable?
Absolutely. We use high-quality, professional-grade skincare lines and always tailor our facials to your skin type. If you have sensitivities or allergies, let us know in advance — your safety and comfort are our top priority.
6. What’s the cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a 50% fee without exception.
7. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any service or custom amount and make a thoughtful gift for any occasion. You can purchase them in person or through our website.
8. How do I choose the right facial or massage for me?
No worries — we’re here to help. During your initial consultation, we’ll ask a few questions and recommend the best treatment based on your needs, goals, and preferences. Even if you've booked a specific service, we will make sure it's appropriate for you before going ahead.
9. Can I combine services in one visit?
Yes, you can! Many of our clients love pairing a massage with a facial for the ultimate self-care session. Let us know when booking, and we’ll help co-ordinate your schedule.
10. Where are you located? Is there parking available?
We’re conveniently located in downtown Galt area of Cambridge. Free parking is available on street, or in one of the many public lots a short walk from our location.

While some clients notice improved texture and scalp comfort right away, consistent sessions (6-8 weeks apart) are key for visible results like hair growth and volume. We’ll work with you to build a plan that suits your goals.
15. What’s included in your manicure and pedicure services?
Our manicures and pedicures are more than just a polish — they’re a full relaxation ritual. Treatments include nail shaping, cuticle care, massage, and polish application, with options for shellac or traditional finishes.
16. Do you use medical-grade sterilization for tools?
Yes, absolutely. We adhere to strict hygiene protocols as set out by WRPH, including medical-grade sterilization for all tools, ensuring every service is clean, safe, and comfortable.
17. What should I know about laser hair removal?
Our laser hair removal is safe, effective, comfortable, and works on all skin tones. It targets the hair follicle to reduce and eventually eliminate unwanted hair. A series of treatments (6-8) is typically recommended for best results.
18. Is laser hair removal painful?
Most clients describe the DiolazeXL as painless. We use advanced technology with built-in cooling to keep your experience comfortable and fast with most sessions less than 20min.
19. What is Morpheus8 and what does it treat?
Morpheus8 is a non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatment that combines microneedling with radiofrequency. It helps tighten skin, reduce fine lines, improve texture, and target deeper layers for lasting results — often used on the face, neck, and body.
20. How long is downtime after Morpheus8?
Downtime is minimal. You may experience redness and slight swelling for a day or two, similar to a mild sunburn. Most clients resume normal activities shortly after.
21. Can anyone use the infrared sauna?
Our infrared sauna is safe and soothing for most people, promoting detoxification, relaxation, and muscle recovery. Not for use during pregnancy or if you have certain medical conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor first.
22. What should I bring to my sauna session?
Just yourself and some water! We provide a towel and water refills.
